What stores does Sogrep work with?

Today Sogrep connects to Shopify and WooCommerce storefronts. We're adding more sales channels over time — if there's one you need, let us know when you request access.

How does syncing work?

You keep one master list of your products. When an item sells on a connected store, Sogrep updates the quantity on your other connected stores. If two stores ever disagree, Sogrep shows you the mismatch and helps you choose the safe quantity to fix it.

What happens when two of my stores disagree?

Nothing is silently overwritten. Sogrep shows you the mismatch and suggests the safe quantity — you choose the fix. If anything else looks off, like a number that doesn't add up, it's flagged for you, not guessed. Every change lands on the record in the Activity page, so you can always see what happened.

I sell one-of-a-kind items — can I trust it?

Yes — one-of-a-kind items get special protection. The moment an order comes in for an item you only have one of, Sogrep sets it aside everywhere else so it can't sell twice. You can also set a safety buffer that hides the last unit from your stores when you cannot afford an oversell.

Can I sell in person too?

Yes. The Pop-up POS page lets you sell at a market or fair: search your catalog, build a cart, and confirm the sale. Your online stores update too, so you don't come home oversold. One honest note: Sogrep does not calculate sales tax — collecting and reporting tax is your responsibility.

What does Sogrep see in my stores?

Only what it needs to keep quantities right: your product listings, quantities, and — when something sells — the order details for the items sold. Sogrep syncs quantities, not buyers: it does not keep your customers' names or addresses. You approve each store connection from inside the store itself, with no copy-pasting of API keys. Every change is on the record in the Activity page, and the full details are in our Privacy Policy.

What does it cost?

Sogrep is free while in pilot. There's no checkout and no card required to get started. Simple pricing is coming soon, and we'll always be clear about it before anything changes.

How do I get access?

Enter your Shopify store address above and install Sogrep. You'll approve the connection in your own Shopify admin, then enter an invite code and choose a password.
